Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Please ensure the shipping address you have provided is correct. We will only ship to the address that is supplied at check out.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box's or Parcel Lockers or provide local pick up of orders.

 

Online store orders are dispatched from our distillery on Mondays (except if a public holiday falls on the above listed day, then it is shipped the following business day). Therefore all orders must be placed by 12pm on Saturday so your order can be packed and shipped the following Monday. Unfortunately we are unable to hold orders for a delivery on a specific date.

All orders are shipped through Sendle with an estimated shipping time of 3-7 business days. All orders will be confirmed through email and a tracking number will be provided. Track your parcel here: http://try.sendle.com/tracking

If you don't receive your order within 10 business days, please let us know via email to info@organicbaydistillery.com.au so that we can follow up for you.

We only accept orders within Australia and do not accept international orders. 

No order will be delivered to an unattended address. All orders MUST be signed for on delivery, and the person receiving the order MUST be over the age of 18yrs. The courier may request identification for proof of age. The courier also reserves the right to deny delivery if they believe the person is underage, or under the influence (of alcohol, drugs or otherwise), or if it is unsafe to do so.

If the courier service try to make a delivery and the location is unattended, the package will need to be picked up from a collection point – this will be left on a collection card at the delivery address; or if your email was provided during your purchase, a notification will be sent with further instructions on how to collect your parcel. Alternatively, if the package is not collected within 5days from the initial delivery attempt, it will be sent back to Organic Bay Distillery. Re-Delivery charges will apply if the order is to be resent.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Returns, replacements, and refunds are provided only where the product is faulty or damaged and is at the sole discretion of Organic Bay Distillery. Please contact us at info@organicbaydistillery.com.au if you believe a product to be faulty or damaged. Organic Bay distillery reserves the right to request and review evidence that the product is faulty or damaged prior to issuing a refund or replacement. If a product is thought to be faulty or damaged, a return of the product to Organic Bay Distillery may be required prior to issuing a replacement or refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer change-of-mind or purchased in error returns once an item has been shipped.  Shipping is confirmed once a tracking number has been provided to you via your nominated email address.

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (VIC), it is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. It is also an offence for a person under the age of 18years to purchase or receive liquor. Similar laws against selling or supplying alcohol to minors apply across Australia.
