At the core of Liquorice Coast is a clean vodka base, chosen specifically to allow the botanicals to fully express themselves without interference.
This neutral foundation gives clarity to the spirit, creating a profile that feels:

The Botanicals Behind the Spirit 🌿
Liquorice Coast is built from a carefully selected blend of certified organic botanicals and native Australian ingredients.
Each ingredient plays a specific role in shaping the final flavour profile.
1. Organic Star Anise & Fennel
The process begins with a slow maceration of organic star anise and fennel.
Together, they create the unmistakable liquorice backbone — aromatic, layered, and rich without becoming overpowering.
This forms the signature character of the spirit.
2. Wattleseed & Sarsaparilla
To build depth and complexity, we layer in wattleseed and sarsaparilla.
These botanicals bring:
- Roasted warmth
- Earthy richness

The result is a spirit with more dimension and structure than a traditional sweet liquorice liqueur.
3. Angelica Root
Angelica root plays an important role during distillation, helping create balance and definition across the palate.

After distillation, the spirit is gently infused with organic pea flower.
