• Please ensure the shipping address you have provided is correct, including Apartment or Unit Number. We will only ship to the address that is supplied at check out.

 

• We ship from our online store on Mondays (except if a public holiday falls on the above listed day, then it is shipped on a Tuesday). Therefore all orders must be placed by 12pm on Saturday so your order can be packed and shipped that Monday. Unfortunately we are unable to hold orders for a delivery on a specific date.

 

• All orders are shipped through Sendle or Australia Post with an estimated shipping time of 3-7 business days. All orders will be confirmed through email and a tracking number will be provided. Track your parcel here:

• If you don't receive your order within 10 business days, please let us know via email to info@organicbaydistillery.com.au so that we can follow up for you.

 

• We only accept orders within Australia and do not accept international orders.

 

• Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box's or Parcel Lockers.

 

• No order will be delivered to an unattended address. All orders must be signed for on delivery and the person receiving the order must be over the age of 18yrs. The courier may require identification for proof of age.

 

• If the courier service try to make a delivery and the location is unattended, the package will need to be picked up from a collection point – this will be left on collection card at the delivery address. Alternatively, if the package is not collected within 5days from the initial delivery attempt, it will be sent back to the Organic Bay Distillery. Re-Delivery charges will apply if the order is to be resent.

 

• Local Delivery orders are for customers with a shipping address within the specified area. This option must be selected at checkout and will only appear if the shipping address is located within the Local Delivery area. You may select an item to be delivered on a specific day for this option. Please ensure there is someone over the age of 18years to accept this delivery. Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, a local delivery may not be able to occur on the specified day. In this case, a team member from Organic Bay Distillery will contact you via phone and email to organise another delivery date.

 

• Local Pickup from a market is available to customers wanting to pick up their online order. This option must be selected at checkout. You or someone on your behalf that is over the age of 18 must be able to pick from the market on the specified date and during the specified times listed at check out.  If you are unable to attend on the day of the market, please contact us at info@organicbaydistillery.com.au and we can organise another time for pick up or delivery. If delivery is required there may be an additional delivery fee.

 

• Returns, replacements, and refunds are provided only where the product is faulty or damaged and is at the sole discretion of Organic Bay Distillery. Please contact us info@organicbaydistillery.com.au if you believe a product to be faulty or damaged. Organic Bay Distillery reserves the right to request and review evidence that the product is faulty or damaged prior to issuing a refund or replacement. If a product is thought to be faulty or damaged, a return of the product to Organic Bay Distillery may be required prior to issuing a replacement or refund.

 

• Unfortunately we are unable to offer change-of-mind or purchased in error returns once an item has been shipped.  Shipping is confirmed once a tracking number has been provided to you via your nominated email address.

• All the information provided (including name, billing and delivery address and payment details) is true and correct.

• You accept that you are the authorised holder of the payment method (credit or debit card or Paypal account) used to complete the transaction and that the nominated payment method will cover the cost of the goods ordered.
• You are authorising Organic Bay Distillery Pty Ltd to debit the amount payable from your nominated payment method. (If we are unable to successfully process your order due to insufficient funds from your nominated payment method, we may notify you and cancel your order.)

All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

 

All prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and you acknowledge and agree that GST will be automatically included on each order placed.

 

Delivery costs are additional to all prices and are clearly displayed at check out. Free shipping is available if the total amount of the order is higher than $100AUD. Please see our ‘Shipping Policy’ for further details.

 

Organic Bay Distillery may replace or vary any of its website products and associated product prices from time to time without notice.
